[Wine] config moved?

IIRC the config file was replaced by the registry quite some time ago....

regedit and winecfg should be used for configuring Wine...

If you don't mind losing all installed applications in your WINEPREFIX
rm -r ~/.wine is probably the easiest....

to clean up the "Start menu"
