[Wine] How do I change the (Windows) language?

Try:
regedit in terminal
go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International
Locale ( 0407 ).
This is 407 for me and thats for Germany.
You need to find the Code for England and also set the sCountry and
sLanguage.
Hope this works.
