[Wine] Update on using Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10

DNS 10 installs and runs well for entering text into most other wine applications. Of course, it still runs best in notepad, which is a small, fast program. 
As of a couple of gits ago, wine now allows some keystroke command of the program. For instance, highlight the program using alt-tab. Then alt-T (for Tools) then x (for Dictation Box). The box opens and is ready to be dictated into.
This is a significant advance for those who have trouble mousing.
DNS10 also has some functionality to enter text directly into non-wine programs using Dictation Box and CTL-V.
