I did all that you are speaking today before opening this post already, but when I put the dll and when it appears without error, it is as if she had not updated or that I am making is not compatible.
Download -> http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?iphlpapi
put in windows/system32 folder as requested, open the configuration panel, I added in libraries' Iphlpapi.dll '.
And yet still showing the same error, you could be tested and run at once to ensure it will work? now goes to the third day I'm trying to resolve this, it is very important for me to do my business work with linux, but depending on it.
Download Livezilla -> http://www.livezilla.net/downloads/

Try to install and I spend a position than I do, thank you and congratulations on great work.
