[Wine] GTA3 issues under wine 1.1.20

My issue is with the patch for GTA3. After downloading and extracting wine 1.1.20  i did apply the patch, but i get this error:

Will the mouse move at 360 degrees even with this errors? I suppose not; but what solution do i have ?
