[Wine] Errors running winecfg

Hi, originally the 1.1.18 branch was working for me, but when I updated to 1.1.19.2, wine started to have serious errors.

now i can run neither winecfg or any other windows programs, and they are all making such errors.
is this problem common ? because i couldn't find anything about this on the web.
