Configure the printer as a CUPS printer. CUPS can drive network

Make sure CUPS is configured to 'publish shared printers connected to
this system': this lets it listen for print requests from localhost,
which is how WINE will talk to it. On some distros (e.g. Fedora) this is
off by default.
