Removing or renaming .wine is all you have to do to start from a clean Wineprefix, but some games might install registry keys or files elsewhere that are REQUIRED by the game before it'd run, so you'd have to reinstall the game if you start from a new Wineprefix and then try if it works.

Also, run the games from a terminal and post the terminal output here.
