Make a debug build and give it to the user to run. So he can create a meaningful back trace. Unless you want to do it yourself.

Or have some one from Wine developers to run your debug build. You can attach it to the bug report http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19833 or put it somewhere so people can download.
