[Wine] Running wine as different user

HI

I have an application (PDF-XChange PDF viewer) which I use to review papers.
THis should be done anonymously, but PDFXChange uses the username in the
comments ("comment from rkrug"). 
I resolved this, by creating a user called anononymous on linux and to log in as
that user to do the reviews. But this is getting annoying. 

Therefore my question:

Is it possible to change the username of the wine installation from the Linux
username to an arbitrary one?
