[Wine] Wine stopped after winetricks dcom98

You can delete or rename ~/.wine but that will get rid of everything
installed in Wine.

You might be able to disable the override (AFAIK a environment varable
might be used so you can get into Winecfg) (Not sure which variable
and its value...)
