I forgot to mention, there is currently a bug with the Launcher.exe, Do not run this, it will change the permissions on your World of Warcraft folder.

If you did install Patch 3.3 then Launcher did run automatically, you will have to go to your World of Warcraft directory and or right click it in gnome/kde and change the permissions so you have correct access to it.
