First, make sure you haven't installed 64 bit Wine, as it's not ready for use. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=533806
Second, now that you've run Wine as root, you need to fix your permissions errors.

Once you've done that, if it still doesn't work, run Wine from a terminal and post whatever messages appear.
