[Wine] Restarting Wine for game on Mac 1

Which game? Some games uses frivers which they try to install on a
reboot and check whether those are present. Drivers doesn't work under
Wine so it keeps asking for a reboot. (AFAIK, Trackmania's one version
does this...) If this is the case, try cracking it (Which may not be
legal, safe, etc...) since the drivers are often related to
copy-protection schemes....
