[Wine] Wine cannot be installed

I rebooted into my new clean install of 9.10. I installed Synaptic then 
the Wine ppa. After that Wine installed just fine. I installed a windows 
program and that works.

There was no previous version of Wine installed on the system. All 
dependencies were resolved just fine.
