Did you follow the directions from the first threadt on the official forums? Per the post from Faceless (on page 6)  HERE  (http://nwn2forums.bioware.com/forums/viewtopic.html?topic=567671&forum=109&sp=75) the following should get it running.

> UseGLSL = enabled
> VideoMemorySize = 256

> · install updated through the unofficial NWN2patcher.
