[Wine] Two wine in one pc.

Hello i am new to this forum, how  i could  have such function on my ubuntu 8.10: in one user account two wine`s.
The purpose is: if i could run two different programs  like in two virtual computers (with different win versions). They should have separate partitions,  separate registers and separate win versions. Win prefix can oly change .wine dir? But how about registry? I want to have some separate spaces to test program with various win version and various components like sys32 dll`s and fonts, it could help to test program in details. I was wondering can i compile wine to say wine2 and have two  different wines (wine and wine2) like two different and separate environments?
