[Wine] Re: Running Cubase with wine - HOW?

Well, I tried Ubuntu 8.0.4 (which is currently available for download from the official website) and wine using the Wine quide, but it did not even want to install it. Why? I installed a standard Ubuntu installation (I mean, I did not customize anytning - installed as it was, no less), but somehow using the official step-by-step manual it is impossible to install Wine. How can this be?
