Sounds like you're using an nVidia 17x driver. Upgrade to the 180.x branch if that's the case (most recent is 180.37) - if not, ignore this bit. If you crash due to those memory problems, patch wine up with the preloader.c patch on here: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10778
