what Mac OS X version did you install on? the libiconv.2.dylib error shouldn't be there.  Make sure your on 10.5.8 or any 10.6 version.

but your main problem is the last line.. it says it is trying to load in vcsteup.exe from the system32 folder, which I'm guessing means your not giving the right path to the exe file.
