[Wine] speed up WINE

For future reference, I can give a pretty good test case for an app that
runs (well, initializes) much slower under Wine than under Windows -
Enterprise Architect (http://www.sparxsystems.com/products/index.html).

There is a 30 day free trial download available.

I *think* the issues a a great deal of back-and-forth between the
application and Wine as the app creates a large amount of GUI objects and
resources.
