I don't think those are the most up-to-date modules (I use the 190 BETA)...

Do you have 3D effects enabled (Compiz-Fusion/XGL?)
Does 3D work fine in native applications? (Example: glxinfo | grep "direct rendering" outputs "Yes" and glxgears runs smoothly?)
