[Wine] Re: Mac OS X Wine installation

So I went to the link and it gave me 2 options for getting winetricks:
" http://www.kegel.com/wine/winetricks. Right-click on that link and use 'save as' to save a fresh copy. Or you can get it from the commandline with the command:
wget http://www.kegel.com/wine/winetricks"

When I right-click on that link, i download a winetrick.sn file... if I click it, it opens xcode... Now what??? If I try running: $ sh winetricks
i get "sh: winetricks: No such file or directory"

So i try the other method of entering 
$ wget http://www.kegel.com/wine/winetricks

I then get a message " -bash: wget: command not found"

So step by step please, how do I install winetricks in order to run "vcrun2008"
