[Wine] wine needs asoundconf, and asoundconf needs a package maintainer

Right now, wine works best using the "default" soundcard and without pulseaudio. Those of us who need to change the "default" to other than the factory-installed change the card use asoundconf, a script that was developed a while ago and included in the package alsa-utils by Ubuntu (and some other distros).
Ubuntu abandoned asoundconf in favor of a gui tool that works only with gnome / pulseaudio.
Asoundconf is a short script, but it needs a maintainer and a champion, and Ubuntu has refused to sponsor it.
