Hello again, well, -killall didn't fix it, but a clean install of wine1.2 did, thanks very much (I did have 1.0.1, but it should have been uninstalled after installing 1.2 - obviously not)! I ran top after closing the program, and the player seems to take 15 seconds or so to die off. After that I could restart it without problem. Thanks again. Kind regards
