DaVince The list is long and varied.

http://www.winehq.org/docs/wineusr-guide/index  has not been fully audited for errors in years and fully updated.  Its part of http://source.winehq.org/git/docs.git/

The faq was removed from the docs project and moved it wiki.  It still need work in places.

The newsletter still need a more regular author. 

Sub programs of wine are missing man pages and wiki documentation.  http://wiki.winehq.org/ListofCommands you will notice a lot here don't have documentation.  Lot of it is hidden way in source code comments just has to be extracted out to man pages and wiki.

Basically its documentation you can think of a class its mostly either out of date and in need of update or incomplete when it comes to wine other than in source comments that are mostly done.

We had a few good doc writers a long time ago but they have left and no one has been able to replace them.
