[Wine] problem with crlf ending using matlab 5 under wine

I don't know Matlab or how it can be configured, but if may dig you out
of a hole some time to know about two useful command-line utilities,
dos2unix and unix2dos, which change newlines in files. They convert CRLF
to LF and LF to CRLF respectively.
