[Wine] Wine Installation Problems Mac OSX - Snow Lepoard

Hey all was looking for help to get wine installer, i have installed macports, x11 & xcode as instructed however when trying to install either wine or wine-devel packages i get an error message

The same error each time

can anyone tell me where i am going wrong?
