I think... it looks like... for some reason C: hasn't been linked to the drive_c folder ... in your default prefix .wine folder, there should be a folder called "drive_c" there should be a symlink for C: in the dosdevices folder that points to "drive_c" ... you can try manually making that link in winecfg
