[Wine] Network not working properly

I installed SysReset (a mIRC like client) in wine, and it works well mostly. I can connect to servers and every thing, and other users can even send files to me. The problem comes when other people try to see triggers i have set up. They are unable to access any of them. I tried checking my ip address, and it returned something like "203.0.1.1" instead of my real ip address. Can anyone help me fix this? I really appreciate it
