No no your drive is the one that is registered in wine as the CDROM, Type "winecfg" then click on the "Driver" tab once you're in there look at the Drive Mapping and find which letter goes with /media/cdrom0/ not /media/disk/ like I said my /media/cdrom0/ is letter E: not D: I'm assuming if you haven't touched it either it should be the same.
