Use CCleaner.

I think it's ccleaner.com, just search it if not.

After installing CCleaner, go to the tools tab and uninstall. The word won't disappear, but if you close out and open it again it's gone. It shows things that are installed using Wine only, I think.

ALSO, it cleans your computer, which isn't really needed for Linux but still gives you a sense of a clean computer xD
