I built from source to 1.1.29 with no errors.  Had all the libraries except libz and libpng...
some other fixme warnings have disappeared, but this one is still causing problems:

Its not saying that its a stub like RegisterHotkey is... 
Maybe I'll test it out another way and store the keyboard layout for later use.

I am trying to feed a keyboard hook that works in windows with autohotkey (http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=17738).
