If by this you mean you installed everything on the winetricks list, then you've thoroughly borked your wineprefix and need to start over.  

Delete or rename ~/.wine and reinstall your game without any overrides.  If the installer fails, post the terminal output from the attempted install. If it installs successfully, try to run it, and if there are problems, post the terminal output from trying to run it.
