[Wine] Printing works with wine notepad, but not WordPerfect

IIRC wine doesn't use lpr. Check that CUPS is running and that its
server configuration is set to accept IPP protocol print requests from
the local host. This setting is off by default in a standard Fedora
installation. Other distros may also use off by default.
