[Wine] C++ search for window

Hi all!
I want to know if it's possible to search for specified window which is running under wine? l have a project in mind but I dont know if its possible if it is then Ill learn how to do it. Im thinking to write an app which acts as a "bridge" between two apps one is under wine and other is on its own. Anyways I hope I dont sound stupid :)
