There is a native Linux program for messing with windows regestrys called chntpw  http://home.eunet.no/pnordahl/ntpasswd/

Importing large blocks of windows registry data into wine not that wise.  Wine does not appear to applications as the same hardware as the installed windows.  So you can have a lot of glitches.

The not support of windows binary regs is part protect user from self and part simpler debuging when things go wrong.
