[Wine] Quicken 2009 crash on launch

I have tried this many times and none of the prior issues and fixes have worked (including deleting all registry entries after uninstalling). I am running Quicken 2009 on Wine v 1.1.29. When I launch I get to the Welcome screen and then a Com Error message box pops up and Quicken crashes and goes away.
