[Wine] Re: uninstall problem

Why did you want to uninstall it? If you're using the package manager instructions ( http://www.winehq.org/download/deb ), it'll just automatically update to 1.1.30.

Also, why did you remove .wine? Did you really want to lose all your installed and working Windows applications just to upgrade Wine itself? Wine will just update your .wine folder, you know.

If you followed any special instructions to install and run the software you want to use, you'll have to follow them again.
