well its nice to know I can disable it.. but since OSX uses OpenAL, it would be nice to have.... yeah I build Wine on a 10.5 machine so I can bundle it up and run it on 10.5 and 10.6 machines... so I'm guessing that OSX and OpenAL are just a no go with Wine so far, even though the 1.1.30 notes would make you think otherwise.
