There was nothing wrong with wine this time. PCM was set to 0 in the mixer table. When it was turned back to max I got sound. In case someone else has this problem they can also try to disable mmdevapi winecfg->libariaries->add mmdevapi->disable. It didn't help me but it could help you. THREAD SOLVED
