[Wine] DDO - pyLotro fails to launch

Ubuntu Lucid, Wine 1.2.  pylotro from deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/ajackson-bcs/ppa/ubuntu lucid main.  Followed appdb.  Patch worked ok, but when I try to launch, I get:
