If so, note that the date on the "Linux" version that they say uses Wine is 2006-05-24. That's extremely old. I wouldn't expect it to work in current Wine.

And if the app you're trying to run is actually ChemSketch 12, the problem is a known bug. There's a workaround in the bug report. http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12001
