[Wine] Gecko never work in my computer from wine1.2-1.3.1

wiht gecko 0.9-1.10 .never work .
I try to put them into /usr/share/wine/gecko or /usr/local/share/wine/gecko
It still download from net.In wine1.31 from net never downloadered anything then erro out.
P.S I change fonts into WQY
