[Wine] Still can't install from NanoCorp

A clean wineprefix erases your virtual windows install. Yes you will
have to reinstall d3dx9.

To create a clean prefix

rm -rf ~/.wine

from a terminal. Note this will not delete menu items for installed
applications under wine but the applications will be gone..
