You need to type:

wine Bioshock.exe


with pwd set as the directory where the executable is. Otherwise the .dll's and .exe's in this folder will not be added to your executable path for Wine.

Hint: if you want to see what that BioShock shortcut actually does just open the BioShock.lnk file ("/Unix /home/marc/.wine/drive_c/users/marc/Start Menu/Programs/BioShock/BioShock.lnk") in a text editor!
