winetricks dotnet11 installs ok for me in wine-1.3.9 and winetricks from svn

What app do you have that needs .net 1.1, btw?

In case .net 1.1 doesn't work, does 'winetricks dotnet20' do it for you?

As always, please start with an empty .wine directory when troubleshooting.
