I just added an xmllite verb to winetricks for this, could you test it?

You'll probably need to start with an empty .wine directory, else
the installer will get confused by the xmllite.dll you copied in.

(Don't worry about wine's copy of the dll, it's safely hidden in /usr/lib/wine
somewhere.  Wine does have a file in .wine/drive_c/windows/system32,
but it's just a placeholder.)
