[Wine] How to set up google client

I have downloaded translate client google program at  http://translateclient.com/
Before , I have already installed wine 1.3.
But when I wrote the following string in terminal :

I very like Wine pgrogram and I am using Ubuntu 10.10
I also installed winetracks program but I didn't which pakages to install[/list][/quote] :?
