[Wine] problem with civ 4

hey guys, I am currently running the latest version of wine with the latest version of Ubuntu. I have the three required files where they need to be. I am trying to get civ 4 version 1.74 to work, but when I run it I simply get the error

 (as exactly as I see it.)
any suggestions?
